Before talking to Kerri, I thought my hearing was good enough to get by in life, but I was wrong. Through talking with her, my questions were accurately answered, my reservations about hearing aids were more than relieved, and I was needfully enlightened about how the brain processes hearing and tinnitus. How important to know that inadequate hearing can impact the function of the brain in hearing, increasing the risk of a worsening condition! Kerri is so open and honest about the products and everything else. My experience with both Kerri and Bonnie at Schackmann Hearing has been wonderful, even exceeding my expectations! They are not pushy at all. Genuinely caring, they are out to objectively help you, with your best interest in mind. I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviews to date.
