When I first went to get my hearing checked at Schackman Hearing I was not convinced that I needed to wear hearing aids all the time. After Kerri put me through her testing process I could see that I had hearing loss. I learned about different style of hearing aids. She fit me according to my needs. Not a one size fits all hearing aid. After wearing them for a week or so she made adjustments in the sounds. She told me it would take a while to get use to them and she was correct about that too. She has been there whenever I needed questions answered. I was also concerned about the cost – but when I realized that it was something that I was going to use everyday all day – I changed my mind. After all how much stuff does one purchased and never use. It is also nice to not have to say to people “Would you repeat that please” Schackman Hearing has been a great experience for me. Bonnie and Terri are a great team. If I have a question all I need to do is call. According to my experience I give them 5 stars.
